The Intermountain Region would like to congratulate Sierra Bell (Grand Junction Dojo) for making shodan and Travis Perry (Grand Junction Dojo) for making sandan last weekend in California.  Way to go!

Twin Falls Shotokan was in the Twin Falls Western Days Parade this year.  20 of us walked together handing out candy and fliers.

Kids class is every Tuesday and Thursday 5pm-5:45pm.  Beginners welcome!
