Great practice last night in the mat room.  We worked on a lot of great things that included takedown defense and Heian Shodan on our knees.

Kyu Test will be held on October 23rd (Wednesday) at CSI Rec (236). Be there by 6pm to warm up. The grading will start at 6:15pm. SKA membership must be current to participate.
