Salt Lake Dojo Exchange Practice…

Dates: April 14-15 2018

Leader: Pamela Logan (Godan, Boulder Dojo)

Place:
Westminster College (The Payne Gymnasium)
1840 S 1300 E
Salt Lake City, UT  84105

Saturday April 14th:
10:00 am to 12:00 noon. How to make an inside forearm block that
works. How to practice kata. Open to all ranks.
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Three-time engagement. Open to all ranks.
Bring hand pads and mouth guards.
6:30 pm: Informal social event (details to be determined).

Sunday April 15th:
10 am to 12 noon. Black belt practice. Other ranks may participate
in parts of the practice.

Pam will set time aside after group practices to give individual feedback to members on their kata.
Those who would like correction on their favorite kata should bring a notepad & pen, and a cell phone
or other video recording device. Priority will be given to people who have performed their favorite
kata over 5000 times, and they should do it at least 100 times in the two weeks prior to the event.
The cost of this event will be covered by SLC Dojo,
but please register in advance to facilitate organization. We invite all current SKA members.
